The Dance Roots Project
Step 1: Education

Dance Roots Foundation is an organization created to share and preserve the dance and music of the African Diaspora.
Our primary goal is to be the established repository of African movement, rhythm, and performance
from its origins to the present day. The data will become an educational tool that uses a combination of new media
technology and live experience to enhance the understanding and appreciation of African dance.

We are making great strides in this project and will launch the website in 2009.
